Thanks for shopping with Prymal Form. Below is everything you need to know about how we process and ship orders.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
During launches, restocks, or high-volume promotions, processing may take 2–4 business days.
Shipping Time (After Processing)
Standard shipping typically arrives in 3–7 business days after your order ships.
Delivery time can vary based on carrier delays, weather, holidays, and your location.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be clearly displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to:
• United States (including PO Boxes, where supported by the carrier)
If you’re outside the U.S., check back soon. We may expand shipping in the future.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it (additional shipping fees may apply) or issue a refund minus original shipping costs (if applicable).
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Prymal Form is not responsible for theft or loss after delivery.
If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or shows unusual tracking activity, contact us and we’ll help you file a carrier claim or review the next best step.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We’ll make it right based on the situation.
