REFUND & SATISFACTION POLICY

At Prymal Form, we believe in our products — and we believe that every body is different. If Hunter isn’t the right fit for you, we want to make it right.

1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (First-Time Customers)

If you are a first-time customer and are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason — including taste preference, digestion sensitivity, or overall experience — you may request a one-time refund within 30 days of delivery.

You do not need to return the product.

To process your request, we may ask for:
• Your order number
• A brief explanation of your experience (to help us improve)

This satisfaction guarantee is limited to one refund per customer.

2. Exclusions & Abuse Prevention

This guarantee does not apply to:
• Repeat refund requests
• Orders containing multiple units
• Subscription abuse or excessive refund behavior
• Customers who have consumed the majority of multiple pouches
• Any suspected fraudulent activity

Prymal Form reserves the right to deny refund requests if abuse of this policy is suspected.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
